Rich in fibre, calcium, protein and iron, this wrap is a snack or one-dish small meal that can be enjoyed by people of all ages from children to seniors. <\/p>\n<p>The perfect blend of nutrients in adequate amount makes this recipe a healthy option for lowering blood glucose and blood cholesterol levels. <\/p>\n<p>Yield :130 gm(2 wraps)<br \/>\nPreparation time : 30 mins<br \/>\nCooking Time: 30 mins<\/p>\n<p> Ingredients:<br \/>\n\u2022\tOats flour: 40 gm<br \/>\n\u2022\tWheat flour: 20 gm<br \/>\n\u2022\tPumpkin:50 gm<br \/>\n\u2022\tOnion:30 gm<br \/>\n\u2022\tGarlic:20 gm<br \/>\n\u2022\tCapsicum:30 gm<br \/>\n\u2022\tCabbage:50 gm<br \/>\n\u2022\tChickpeas:30 gm<br \/>\n\u2022\tOil :30 ml<br \/>\n\u2022\tBreadcrumbs(Preferably Whole Wheat Bread): 50 gms<br \/>\n\u2022\tSalt: 1tsp<br \/>\n\u2022\tPepper powder:1 tsp<br \/>\n\u2022\tLemon juice: 1tsp<br \/>\n\u2022\tGaram masala: 1 tsp<br \/>\n\u2022\tChilli flakes: 1 tsp<br \/>\n\u2022\tCorriander:20 gm<br \/>\n\u2022\tGarlic chutney: 40 gm<br \/>\n\u2022\tCheese: 50 gms<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n  Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix oats flour and whole wheat flour in a bowl.<br \/>\nAdd salt,oil and luke warm water to the mixed flour, and knead till you make a smooth and soft dough.<\/p>\n<p>In another bowl add boiled chickpeas and boiled pumpkin.<br \/>\nMash them well, then add  salt ,pepper,chilli flake ,garam masala powder,lemon juice and breadcrumbs.<br \/>\nMix the contents of the bowl well then add coriander leaves<br \/>\nShape the contents into patties\/cutlets\/croquettes\/tikkis. <\/p>\n<p>Now roll out the dough in the shape of a roti. Cook the roti.<br \/>\nSpread Garlic Chutney on the roti. <\/p>\n<p>Wrap the roti around the tikkis. Fill the wrap with a salad of shredded cabbage, chopped capsicum and sliced onions. <\/p>\n<p>Garnish with grated processed cheese.<br \/>\nTo serve &#8211; Cut the wrap diagonally into 2 halves.
