3. Which cities in India and\/ or abroad would you rate as best for foodies?<\/h4>\n

Amritsar- For authentic kulchas. In winter I love a platter of makki ki roti and sarson ka saag in Amritsar.
\nHaryana-\u00a0 Bajre ki roti, maa ki dal (Especially in the villages)
\nDubai for shawarma\u00a0 Bangkok and Thailand for Thai salads.<\/p>\n\t\t

4. If you had a choice of starting a restaurant in any city which would these cities be?<\/h4>\n

I will start in Ahmedabad- My karmabhumi, a restaurant of barbeque and grill because Ahmedabad\u00a0 diners love live cooking stations.<\/p>\n

5. Your most\u00a0memorable\u00a0meal ?<\/h4>\n

I had Matki ke mutton in a Haryanvi village, with seekh kebab, eggs and tandoori rotis as accompaniment. Unforgettable flavours!<\/p>\n\t\t

My wife loves grilled fish, I will cook that for her. we will go in some\u00a0village area in the outskirts of the city for picnic. Since\u00a0 she has a sweet tooth, I willi make hot jalebis for dessert.<\/p>\n

7. If you were told you could plan your last meal what would it be like, what kind of setting and whom would you invite?<\/h4>\n

Visit Ambaji\u00a0temple and eat pure vegetarian food with my family and friends.<\/p>\n\t\t
