An IIT-qualified geologist, Antara Baroah worked in multinationals
before taking a decision to enter the world of food media. She is an
independent food photographer and stylist with a clientele that
includes restaurants, tea brands and food products,She has developed
recipes for FMCG brands, cloud kitchens and nutritionists.

Her blog, Choukha Scribbled is largely focussed on Assamese cuisine
that she takes great pride in promoting and presenting to the world.
She has organized Assamese food festivals and North Eastern Indian
food pop-ups at hotels, restaurants and cafes.

In partnership with instagrammer Pankaj Upadhyay she has launched
VictusBuzz which is a Social Media-based firm that handles digital
media marketing, events, branding and photography for food
enterprises.
