Mr. & Mrs. Moosa are the hosts at Ayisha Manzil, one of Kerala’s iconic heritage homestays. They are the passionate hosts who are genuinely engaged in the activities that offer comfort and cultural experiences to their guests. Mr Moosa hails from a Planter family and is a good narrator of stories and folk lore about the region. Faiza Moosa enjoys a reputation as a Malabar Cuisine expert specially when it comes to the dishes of the Mapilla community. She is always delighted to cook the guests’ choice from the in-house kitchen and serve in an appropriate style. She also offers Cookery classes to interested guests on prior appointment.
