IFEA and SNS organised a World Health Day cooking event at Vintage Vibes, Ahmedabad. Stevia & prickly pear juice manufacturer Cosmos, and Bigly were among the event sponsors while Hathi Masala was a gifting partner. Nand Equipment was the equipment partner for the event. Midas Touch also gave gift vouchers to the participants.

The event included a workshop on party starters with a healthy twist attended by 170 women, a healthy cooking competition for IIHM students, and an exhibition of millets and healthy food products.

The starters included:

Halloumi Avocado Toast
Olive Ricotta Tartine
Broccoli Hummus Crisp

Pan Grilled Broccoli Gallets
Tossed Cantonese Chestnuts & Lotus Stem
Pesto Burrata

Dessert (with stevia)

More than 150 participants attended the event.
