Heritage Art Cooking Competition at Khadhya Khurak

Khadhya Khurak is one of the largest exhibitions for the food and hospitality industry.
The Heritage Food Art Cooking Competition at Khadhya Khurak was conceptualised by Anil Mulchandani and executed by SNS.
The competition yielded some interesting and creative entries like Ahmedabad heritage monuments, Varanasi ghats, painting motifs made with vegetables, Bhunga (the round house of kutch made from bread and vermicelli), Cheti Chand festival, Giriraj on Govardhan Parbat, etc.
