Epitome Pune launches global vegetarian menu by MasterChef India finalist Karishma Sakhrani

Epitome Pune today announced the launch of an all new global vegetarian menu curated by MasterChef India finalist Chef Karishma Sakhrani. This marks the first time the restaurant has collaborated with a nationally recognised chef to lead a complete menu transformation and represents a significant milestone in Epitome Pune’s culinary journey while reinforcing its position within the city’s premium dining landscape.

The newly introduced menu reflects Epitome’s focus on elevating vegetarian dining through globally inspired flavours, refined techniques and contemporary presentation. The collaboration with Chef Karishma Sakhrani brings a distinct culinary perspective rooted in precision driven cooking and a deep understanding of modern plant forward gastronomy.

The menu introduces a range of globally inspired dishes including the Tokyo Caesar Tenuki, a Japanese influenced reinterpretation of a classic format, and the Mill Feuille Potato paired with miso cheddar cream delivering depth through structured layering. Other highlights include the Truffle Mushroom Baklava with parmesan emulsion, Truffle Edamame Burrata baked in phyllo cups, Silken Tofu Carpaccio with ponzu and bubu arare, Miso Garlic Linguini and the Jamaican root vegetable curry that adds warmth and global character to the offering.

At the helm of Epitome is entrepreneur Jigar Sanghvi, whose creative vision continues to shape the brand’s evolution across cities. Commenting on the launch, he said that this menu marks an important milestone for Epitome Pune with a clear intent to create a culinary experience where food, cocktails and overall atmosphere come together seamlessly, offering guests an immersive, contemporary and memorable experience.
