The Great Paratha Challenge

The paratha competition was organised by IFEA and SnS during Ahmedabad Food Festival 2026.
The competition was sponsored by DPS Spices and their paratha masala was used.
IIHM campus head Ms Dabi and cluster chef of Pride, Ranjan Pandey were the judges.
Participants were treated to demonstrations by home chefs Harsha Lalwani and Bhavya Modi.
Chef Rinku from Club Mahindra Pavagadh showed how to make a Kashmiri style chicken biryani.
