The annual Republic Day breakfast of IFEA members was organised by Shri Surendra Patel and his family at Vishalla.
The tricolour was unfurled by Surendra Patel, Vishalla founder and the four IFEA founders.
Members enjoyed Gujarati snacks, undhiyu, puri and Sukhdi at the restaurant.
On the occasion, IFEA founder Anil Mulchandani said, “Vishalla is a model of sustainability- the restaurant is made using natural materials, it supports artisans and performers from marginalised communities, and economically it has sustained 46 years.
