SNS Cooking Classes has been operated by Manisha Gupta from 1994. Over the last 2 years, IFEA has partnered with SNS for a series of cooking events.
Manisha Gupta launched SNS Culinary Club in June 2024 for selected members. The club plans to organise Tasting Tables with IFEA at hotels that need and deserve the visibility.
The launch party at Gunatvam – A Multi Cuisine Millet Restaurant in Welcomheritage Mani Mansion was attended by over 30 women.
FEA groups are managed by Innovative Food Entrepreneurs Associates LLP, an enterprise working for the social cause of the food industry. These groups cover various segments of the food industry including but not limited to hotels, resorts, camps, homestays, restaurants, cafes, tearooms, caterers, cafeteria and food court operators, bakeries, ice-cream, mithai shops, farsan and other snack shops, bakeries, confectionery manufacturers, cake and dessert shops, and even home based food entrepreneurs who make chocolates, cakes, pickles and masalas.
