Bengaluru, January 20, 2026 – Naples is more than just a city; it is an ecosystem formed by land, sea,
fire, and everyday life. Its cuisine is inseparable from its geography, its people, and the rhythms of daily
living. Every street, market, and kitchen in Naples carries stories of tradition, culture, and local
ingredients, and it is these stories that form the inspiration behind Natura di Napoli, Serious Slice’s new
chef-driven Neapolitan pizza series.
Available exclusively at Serious Slice, Cunningham Road, Natura di Napoli is a thoughtfully curated
menu that breaks down Naples into five distinct influences: volcanic land, coastal sea, living markets, fire,
and night. Rooted in Neapolitan traditions, the menu is designed to take customers on a continuous
journey that allows them to experience the many layers of the city through flavour, texture, and technique,
one pizza at a time.
At the heart of the menu is Serious Slice’s 72-hour fermented dough, cooked in under 90 seconds in a
high-heat oven. The approach is deliberate and minimal, and allows ingredients and technique to take
centre stage, while also staying true to the traditional technique of Neapolitan pizza-making. What sets
Natura di Napoli apart is its narrative structure, with each pizza representing a distinct facet of Neapolitan
life.
“Naples is not a recipe, it’s an ecosystem,” says Atul Sunder of Serious Slice. “This menu is
our way of listening to the city, its geography, its people, and its rhythm, and translating
that into pizza without distortion.”
The menu consists of five pizzas, each of which symbolizes a distinct force. From Terra di Fuoco (Earth
of Fire), which showcases Campania’s volcanic soil with San Marzano DOP tomatoes, fior di latte,
smoked provola, basil, and olive oil, to Luna di Limone (Lemon Moon), a softer, lighter pizza filled with
Amalfi lemon cream, ricotta, honey, zucchini gialla, mozzarella, and tomato, the series unfolds alongside
other pizzas inspired by different elements of Neapolitan culture
“Neapolitan pizza is about knowing when to stop,” Anirudh Kheny explains. “If the dough is right
and the ingredients are honest, the pizza speaks for itself.”

Every dish on the menu is guided by respect for origin, and technical precision guides every element of
the menu. Designed as a complete tasting story rather than a one-time gimmick, the series takes guests on
a journey through Naples, from land to sea, market to fire, and finally, night.
Priced at ₹ 2,000 for two, Natura di Napoli will be available January 21, 2026, onwards, exclusively
at Serious Slice, Cunningham Road.
