Vashi, Navi Mumbai — 1st September 2025: Four Points By Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi is delighted to welcome four exceptional women into key leadership roles, a milestone that reflects the hotel’s deep commitment to diversity, empowerment, and excellence in hospitality.

 

Stepping into the role of Director of Sales, Pradnya Pangerkar brings over 17 years of experience and a proven track record in driving revenue growth while building impactful partnerships. Joining her is Kashish Jaiswal, the new Assistant Revenue & Reservations Manager, whose blend of analytical precision and market foresight will help optimize performance and profitability for the hotel.

 

On the operations front, Rakhi Pandey has been appointed as Front Office Manager. Known for her expertise in guest relations and operational efficiency, she has built a reputation for creating memorable moments and lasting impressions for guests. Meanwhile, Sheetal Baste takes over as Marketing Manager, drawing on her extensive experience in event spaces and F&B marketing. With a history of curating large-scale experiential showcases and working with leading hospitality brands, she is set to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
