Aabad Cooking Competition

A cooking competition was organized by Aabad Bread at the Ahmedabad Management Association Multipurpose Hall on 21st April 2013 with IFEA, SNS cooking classes, IIHM and AMA.

For the first round of the competition, the participants were asked to upload an innovative dish made using Aabad breads.

10 participants were selected from the video round based on their recipe and preparation.

The live round at AMA had 10 contestants making cold desserts from the pantry.

Vandana Kamat -Fruit Mastani

A competition was also organized for 10 teams of IIHM students.

Hathi Masala, Oat Milk, Soft Spot Cheese, Nand Equipment, Bigly and Heeva supported the event with ingredients or prizes.
