The Japanese Food Workshop at Novotel Ahmedabad in collaboration with Aayna on 26th June 2022 was attended by about 100 women. Chef Anup demonstrated the making of Yashai Goma Salad , Nashu Dengaku, Spicy Goku Gunkan Maki, Yashai Tempura, Misho Ramen and other dishes. The workshop was followed by high tea.
