Santosh Vyas has much experience in the manufacturing sector having handled HR for eight years. Her passion for cooking led to her participating in the Rasoi ki Maharani show of Colors – she was selected in top nine out of 250 contestants of the Ahmedabad round but had to drop out of the competition because of her work schedule. She has since decided to become a home chef and leave her other careers.
Pushti Chokshi is studying for her bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition from MS University, Vadodara. A passionate home chef, Pushti turned food entrepreneur by starting her own restaurant, JB Kitchen in Vadodara. She uses her knowledge of nutrition to make food that is tasty and healthy. Some of her signature recipes using healthy alternatives to usual ingredients are Bean Tacos, Vegetable Cones, Whole Wheat Stuffed Tortilla, Oats Wrap, Pumpkin Burger, among others. She also loves reading, traveling and music.
Sonal Mahurkar hails from Phaltan, a former non-salute Maratha princely state of the Deccan Agency. Being from the historical family of Nimbalkar, she has had the opportunity to dine at weddings and functions of many Maratha, Rajput and Islamic royal families of western and central India. She is a passionate home chef who takes orders for Maratha and Paschim Maharashtrian cuisine, Indian non-vegetarian food and homemade bakery products. She also consults restaurants and caterers who want to introduce Maharashtrian recipes. She is also planning a Maratha food popup/food festival with one of the hotels of Ahmedabad.
A passionate home chef, Geetika grew up in Dewas and Indore before moving to Ahmedabad after marriage. She worked as an educator and team leader in schools but left her job to follow her passion for cooking. She balances taking catering and cooking orders with motherhood and looking after her family.
Darshan Rawal has much experience in the restaurant and hotel industry. He is a certified pizzaiolo, and has been the chef owner of two of his own restaurants. He is also an FEA Admin. Besides cooking, his hobbies are varied covering photography, automobiles and motoring, sports, adventure and travel.
FEA groups are managed by Innovative Food Entrepreneurs Associates LLP, an enterprise working for the social cause of the food industry. These groups cover various segments of the food industry including but not limited to hotels, resorts, camps, homestays, restaurants, cafes, tearooms, caterers, cafeteria and food court operators, bakeries, ice-cream, mithai shops, farsan and other snack shops, bakeries, confectionery manufacturers, cake and dessert shops, and even home based food entrepreneurs who make chocolates, cakes, pickles and masalas.
