An Italian Cooking Workshop was organised by IFEA and Aayna Cookery Club at Radisson Blu. The Executive Chef of Radisson Blu Ahmedabad, Rakesh Negi, conducted the workshop. The Japanese Food Workshop at Novotel Ahmedabad in collaboration with Aayna on 26th June 2022 was attended by about 100 women. Chef Anup demonstrated the making of Yashai Goma Salad , Nashu Dengaku, Spicy Goku Gunkan Maki, Yashai Tempura, Misho Ramen and other dishes. The workshop was followed by high tea.
