Chef Zarin Mirza has worked as a Sous Chef with Taj hotels, an instructor at Chef Pranav Joshi’s Cooking Academy and owner at Wild Ginger. She worked as a chef with Ahura Group which has restaurants like Tomato’s, Mirch Masala, MAD by Tomato’s and Dhoom Dhaam.

Pradeep Chavan, a Marketing Graduate from MS University Vadodara, studied Hotel Management at IHM Ahmedabad. Ex Chef and Director - Business development for Surya Palace, Vadodara, he currently works as Director Innovations at Global Gourmet India.
Parul Zaveri, with a Diploma in Architecture from CEPT, Ahmedabad in 1978, has supplemented her studies with specific courses in the Urban Settlement Design in Developing Countries programme, at MIT, Cambridge (USA) in 1975-76. She has also pursued interests in Alternative Technologies and use of Solar Energies and Recycling at Arcosanti & at Cosanti Foundations, with architect-philosopher Paolo Soleri in Arizona, U.S.A. She has been recipient of the Fellowship of Chicago Cultural Centre in 1995, to pursue her interests in the Frank Lloyd Wrights designed buildings in Chicago and the State of Illinois; and to give a series of lectures at various universities/organizations. She is a visiting faculty at School of Interior Design, Centre for Environment Planning and Technology (CEPT) University, Ahmedabad and National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. She is also exploring organic and bio-dynamic sustainable agricultural practices at her Kanika Farm.
A hotel management graduate from the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi, Sanjay Chadha is managing director of Palms Hospitality.
A student of Liberal Studies at PDPU, Gandhinagar, SHAILEE MILIND SHAH handles the communications of ALFA PEST CONTROL, which handles various aspects of pest control and sanitation.
